Caribbean Craze smoothie (bananas and strawberries) with additional protein. The size of the cup is 24oz and according to google, is about 370-600 calories. I’m feel very full going through almost half of the cup, I didn’t struggle finishing a costco banana strawberry smoothie and that one is 320 calories

Does anyone have experience with Flip Kitchen? Is it possible that it’s truly 310cal or should I be safe and log it doubled the amount?
