Grow a Garden now has a new set of fixes and updates announced on Tuesday (August 12, 2025). These updates are live on new and private servers. Update 1.18.1 was released with fixes, including Spinosaurus’ passive not working, pets not aging offline, pet hunger not going down while offline, and some issues with plants, among other small fixes.
The latest update was shared on the official X account of Roblox Grow a Garden. “Update 1.18.1: [FIXES/CHANGES] These changes are live in new & private servers (v1720+) – Fixed Spinosaurus passive not working, – Fixed pets not aging offline, – Fixed pet hunger not going down while offline, – Fixed some issues with plants, – And a few more small fixes,” the post read.

The Roblox game enjoys massive popularity, probably because the creator is dedicated to providing regular content updates. Every week, new Grow a Garden pets, seeds, mutations, and more are added. The next Grow a Garden update release date is Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 7 am PDT / 10 am EDT / 3 pm BST, according to PCGamesn.com.

Grow a Garden patch notes: Kitchen Storm update, August 9, 2025
The Kitchen Storm update is a continuation of the cooking event from the previous week. According to PCgamesN, it added new pets, rewards, crops, new recipes, a recipe book, revised recipes for older meals, and the Rat Connoisseur, who dishes out rewards for mutated meals.The cooking pot was also adjusted to allow for higher mutated meal odds. Rates are also boosted after submitting enough meals to trigger a Kitchen Storm.
