Hi all. Today I’m showing you my cheesy beef macaroni casserole. It’s easy to make and can feed a large family. Ingredients you’ll need. I’ve listed all the ingredients here to make your life easier. And hopefully it does. You’ll need to preheat your oven to 350°. First up, I over a high flame, I boil two quarts of water and I add 1/4 cup of salt. Next, I’m going to finely chop one bell pepper. I always use the food processor because I’m a horrible chopper. Next, I’m going to finally chop one mediumsiz white onion in the food processor. And then next, I’m going to grate 16 oz of cheddar cheese. I have two different colored blocks here of 8 oz, but it’s it’s 16 oz all together. There we go. When the water is boiling, I add one pound of pasta. And then when I always cook it to the box instructions. And when it’s done, I’m just going to drain it and set it to the side. I didn’t have any elbow, so I used rigetony today. Over a medium high flame, I added a tablespoon of oil. Now I’m adding the chopped onions. And I’m going to stir well. Next, I’m going to add three cloves minced. I’m just going to use the the garlic press to do that. It’s just easiest. You can add less garlic if you want or more garlic. Mama said three was the limit for her, so we did three. You’re going to stir well. And next, I’m adding the chopped bell pepper. You can use any kind of bell pepper you want, any color. And then I’m going to add the ground beef. And I’m going to break it up. It wasn’t fully defrosted, so it took me a moment. I’m going to cook the beef thoroughly before I add anything else. Now I’m adding 2 tablebspoon of tomato paste. This just gives a nice depth of flavor. And I’m going to mix thoroughly coating everything. And now I’m going to add the pasta sauce, which is very simple. I’m using rayos. I really like it. And then I added a little bit of water to the jar to get the last bit out. And now I’m just mixing thoroughly. I’m going to add one teaspoon of salt. I removed the pasta sauce from the stove and I’m going to add the pasta to the sauce. And I’m going to stir really well, thoroughly together, coating every last piece of pasta. And once I’ve done that, I am going to add half of the cheese and mix thoroughly. And then I’m going to spray the baking pan with some baking spray so nothing sticks. And then I’m going to pour the cheesy macaroni beef casserole into the baking pan. And I’m going to spread it out with a spatula. Some of it escaped, but I I hed it back in the pan. And now I’m just sprinkling um the casserole with the other half of the cheese that I saved, covering every last bit of the casserole top. You could also change cheese if you don’t want cheddar. could change something else. So, place the casserole in the preheated 350°ree oven. And we’re going to bake for 30 minutes. And you’re going to bring it out. You serve it with a green salad and some garlic bread. Perfect. To help our channel grow, please like, subscribe, and comment.
