    # Ingredients

    * 8oz. chopped bacon, cooked
    * 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
    * 1 tbsp baking powder
    * 4 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
    * 1/3 cup cream cheese
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    * 1 ⅛ tsp xanthan gum this is the one I used

    # Instructions

    1. To make, you need to first gather your ingredients in one place and preheat your oven to 300F. Also, line an 8-inch loaf pan with baking paper.
    2. Then in a bowl, beat eggs, butter, and cream cheese, making sure to season to taste with salt and pepper.
    3. Add almond flour, xanthan gum, cheese, and bacon and stir to combine.
    4. Once this is done, add the bacon bits to the bowl and mix well.
    5. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and bake this yummy cheese bacon bread for 45 minutes.
    6. Cool completely before serving. Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
