Need something light and refreshing? 🍅 This Bruschetta is the perfect bite of summer ✨ Juicy tomatoes, creamy burrata, and a touch of balsamic bliss. Perfect for lazy brunches!

What’s up, guys? Today, I’m making brusqueta. Let’s get it. First, you’re going to chop up your tomatoes. Squeeze out all the seeds. I’m adding some shallots, minced garlic, some fresh basil, olive oil, and you’re going to season this with platoon sergeant salt, pepper, garlic seasoning. I recommend throwing this in the fridge for about an hour so all the flavors can melt together. You’re going to coat your sourdough on both sides with some olive oil. You’re going to throw this in the oven till it gets nice and golden brown. You’re going to throw your bara balls, cut them open, spread it out. You’re going to drizzle some more oil over the top and season this again with platoon sergeant salt, pepper, garlic seasoning. You’re going to add your tomatoes on top of the bara and top this off with a balsamic glaze. That’s it, guys. Enjoy.
