This tuna steak is fresh, bold, and incredibly easy to make – ready in just a few minutes and packed with lean protein. It sears beautifully in a skillet in just two minutes per side, making it a perfect weeknight dinner. Full recipe is linked in the comments.

today I’m going to show you how to sear tuna and
how to turn it into a beautiful Mediterranean meal first tip pat tuna with kitchen paper you want it
super dry second brush both sides with a little extra virgin olive oil third slide the tuna into
a very hot non-stick skillet and sear it for 1 and 1/2 to 2 minutes per side you see the little pink
in the center and the searing on top perfection guys let it rest 1 minute before slicing it
against the grain you can totally have it like this a pinch of salt some olive oil a little time
it’s so good or if you’re not totally sold on the flavor of the tuna on its own you can serve it on
a bed of arugula and make a quick Mediterranean sauce with cherry tomatoes olive oil garlic
capers and olives saute on a pan for a couple of minutes pour the sauce on top some zested
lemon and a handful of shaved parmesan easy right

  1. You can make a steel pan non stick just pre heat it then do the water test. If it turns to little balls and quickly evaporates it has become non stick

  2. Ooo no, are the vegans upset. Ooo,no. Boo hoo. Sorry, not sorry. 😂. I used to be a vegan. But, I only did it to just fast and reset my body.
But, even when I was vegan. I never got upset seeing meat eaters eat meat. I also never pushed my choices to be vegan on others. Some vegans. I ran into. I'm like o chill out Nancy. Lol
