Not a fan of traditional meatloaf so I make this. I call it Not Meatloaf – Its the first time putting it on the traeger tho. It came out great. Its a layer of seasoned ground beef, spinach, mozzarella, tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes.
Served on a slice of toasted buttery garlic bread.
It came out really good and I didn't need to stink up the house or make it hot inside with the oven. 👌
