My garden is producing so many tomatoes I don’t even know what to do with them all! Tonight I made sungold tomato pasta with grilled chicken.

  1. Slice the tomatoes thick. Squeeze half a lemon on them. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle some olive oil on them, and you are good to go with an awesome snack or side.

    I tried it with yellow cherry tomatoes , it was nice

    My mom would can our tomatoes (in bottles though) and we’d have macaroni and tomatoes in the winter. 🙂
