[Music] Hey everyone. Today we’re making these fresh and flavorful shrimp and avocado bowls with mango salsa and a creamy lime chili sauce. This recipe is vibrant, healthy, and so easy you can have it on the table in about 30 minutes. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. Let’s get cooking. One pound large shrimp peeled, divined, and clean. Pat them dry. Friends, where are you watching my video from? Let me know in the comments. I’d really love to know. Seasons the shrimps with salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and pepper. [Music] Marinate for 10 minutes. For chili lime yogurt sauce, in a bowl, combine a/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, one tablespoon of mayonnaise, one teaspoon honey, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tbsp chili powder, adjust to taste, zest of one lime, juice, juice of one lime. Mix well. Adjust seasoning to taste. [Music] For the mango salsa, in a large bowl, add diced one large Mexican mango. [Music] Finally, dice half red onion. [Music] Add to the bowl. Finally, dice a half jalapeno. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Sorry. Add to the bowl. Finally, chop to tablespoon cilantro. [Music] Add to the bowl. Dice the grape tomatoes. Add to the bowl. Add juice of one lime, salt to taste and mix well. Let it chill in the fridge until use. Heat a grill pan or skillet over mediumigh heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the marinated shrimp for two to three minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] Assemble the bowls by adding a base of cooked rice or quinoa to each bowl. Arrange grilled shrimp, sliced avocado, and mango salsa on top.
