Just pulled this beauty out of the fridge and had to share 😍a creamy, dreamy cheesecake topped with a mountain of fresh blueberries. i know cheesecake usually screams “indulgence mode: ON”, but i like to think of this one as a tiny celebration of balance, these berries on top not only make it look like a little work of art they sneak in some subtle antioxidants, fiber, and that satisfying pop of natural sweetness, i won’t pretend this is my diet dessert.
