Also a chain but Oreryu Shio Ramen is solid. I like the ramen with the karaage in it. Also Gagana.
Shibuya isn’t really the spot for ramen though.

If you are eating ramen for the first time in Shibuya, I recommend Ichiran. Ichiran is just an ordinary ramen for Japanese people, but it seems to be the benchmark for the first ramen for visitors to Japan.

For me, definitely Iruca Ramen in Roppongi and Ramen Nagi in Golden Gai
