Thank you on the seasoning lol I bought the tuna steaks from HEB, a Texan grocery store. Both were $5! Couldn’t pass them up! Beef is so expensive as of late so I reverted back to seafood where I started my grilling infatuation! Now it’s usually chicken and pork cause of the pricing. I’m gonna post a classic backyard barbecue experience in the next few days and then I’ll start doing Greek grilling. Stay tuned
