Get ready for an unforgettable evening as you step into the charm and elegance of the French Riviera at “The Flavor Experience” event in downtown Melbourne.
This all-inclusive event at 801 E. Strawbridge Ave., promises a night of indulgence with Chef Alexis Martinez, executive chef of The Landing Rooftop, curating a menu of French-inspired cuisine, paired with expertly crafted cocktails and exquisite wines.
The fourth annual event, hosted by Melbourne Main Street, will take place at The Landing Rooftop at Hotel Melby on August 15, from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
“The Flavor Experience is our way of celebrating and furthering the vital revitalization of downtown Melbourne,” said Kim Agee, executive director of Melbourne Main Street, noting that as a nonprofit, the group relies on events like this to fund its efforts.
About the evening
There will be six culinary stations, each inspired by a unique theme from the French Riviera.
Stations will feature a specially crafted dish, paired with a signature cocktail. Guests are invited to stroll from station to station, sampling the offerings at their own pace.
To top off the evening, a dedicated French dessert table will offer an array of French-inspired treats.
Music, entertainment, live and silent auctions are included in the ticket price of $150.
Attire is French Riviera chic.
