instructions
1. slice baguette, toast in oven until golden brown 2. mix bruschetta ingredients, set aside 3. put all ricotta spread ingredients into food processor, blend until light and creamy (about 2 minutes) 4. assemble toasts, putting ricotta spread first and topping with tomatoes
