These are ok. Decent flavor, non-existent heat.

Its the one drop rule, one drop of ghost peper in a vat of whatever, it’s ghost pepper

I wish they would just use ghost peppers, and not just for the label but actually for flavor…and no extracts please let’s taste some peppers not bland heat.

There is no regulations on how much pepper you have to put in a recipe for it to be called “ghost pepper flavored”, they can put one drop of extract in the vat, add some vague citrus notes and boom, you can call it ghost pepper whatever.

I’m sure they passed by a bag of actual ghost peppers so that counts for their marketing team.

  6. “Ghost pepper” on a label means that somebody drove a sealed jar of ghost pepper powder past the building just before the factory originally opened.

  7. The Trader Joe’s ghost pepper chips are such a huge offender. Their jerk plantain chips are spicier. Doritos are spicier.

They’re acting hard to an audience that thinks salt is too spicy

They wave a ceremonial sealed bag of ghost peppers over a vat of whatever and slap the label ghost pepper on it.
