Armenian cucumber, one of the few plants that survived the wilderness than usual summer Texas weather. These are topped with furikake and rice wine vinegar. Definitely are part of the reason I've been healthier this pregnancy. I'm 35 weeks, baby is measuring at the 98th percentile and I've only gained about 20ish lbs since day one. I'm not trying to lose weight this pregnancy but I'm at least trying to eat healthier and more sustainable to set myself up to be a healthier mom.

Me too! Just whipped up this salad with cucumbers and the two tomato varieties I’ve been growing! That snack looks DELISH and so good for you & the tiny human you’re growing!

All of my meals are based around the garden right now, and I love it! I made the best vegetable soup I’ve ever made for lunch today. Almost all veggies from the garden (tomatoes, shallots, zucchini greens beans) and so flavorful. You really can’t go wrong when the garden is your cooking guide. When I was pregnant, I practically lived on tomato and cheese sandwiches, carrots and cucumbers. That was my biggest craving, those sandwiches. And now my baby is a teenager and he still loves to cook with me.
