Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• Paprika, to taste
• 10 oz pasta (your choice)
• 4–6 cherry tomatoes
• 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 3 oz Parmesan cheese, grated (plus extra for serving)
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:
• Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
• Add shrimp and sear for 1–2 minutes on one side.
• Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
• Cook the pasta in well-salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
• Turn the shrimp, season again with salt, black pepper, and paprika, then sear for 1–2 minutes on the other side.
• Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
• Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the garlic cloves.
• Add olive oil to the same pan.
• Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
• Add tomatoes and cook for one minute.
• Pour in the heavy cream.
• Add grated Parmesan and stir to combine.
• Mix and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
• Add fresh spinach.
• Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then simmer for two minutes on low heat.
• Add the shrimp and cooked pasta to the cream sauce.
• Toss everything together until well coated.
• Serve with extra grated Parmesan on top.
