  1. Perhaps a tad overdone, but I don’t doubt the deliciousness. Getting that perfect crispness and color is a skill.

    If you used Mayo on the bread instead of butter, it’s really easy to get a dark crust that isn’t as burnt tasting as you would assume. If I’m cooking for myself its still great, for others I would be disappointed in myself.
