I'm pretty sure they're sirloins, but I can't remember.

I’m trying to picture them as a single piece before they were sliced. Could also be tenderloin or eye of the round. Looks tasty, though!

An affordable cut. This the steak my kids bring over when I say the grill is lit. Then they see my beautiful rib eye or strip steak and are like, wtf!
I tell em EVERY TIME the suggested steak but nooooooooo. Hey I’ll cook that cheap steak good though, everytime!

They look like eye of round steaks to me. A very cheap cut. I don’t buy these unless I’m gonna slice it up and make stir fry beef or something like that.

  4. Forget the steaks, let’s discuss that crack in your Kamado. You should patch it with furnace cement before it gets worse.

Mock tenders or eye of rounds. It’ll be tough but taste good with butter and a nice sauce or rub.

While I don’t prefer sous vide, a cut like this can be awesome after like a 2 hour bath and a quick hot sear. I would sous vide a good cut but It makes shitty cuts way better.

Damn not a single sprinkle of salt or pepper?

They look like top sirloin fillets. The grain looks too small to be eye of round. But I’ll admit it’s hard to make the call.

Why did you buy it, if you didn’t know?
