An affordable cut. This the steak my kids bring over when I say the grill is lit. Then they see my beautiful rib eye or strip steak and are like,wtf! I tell em EVERY TIME the suggested steak but nooooooooo. Hey I’ll cook that cheap steak good though,everytime!

While I don’t prefer sous vide, a cut like this can be awesome after like a 2 hour bath and a quick hot sear. I would sous vide a good cut but It makes shitty cuts way better.

They look like top sirloin fillets. The grain looks too small to be eye of round. But I’ll admit it’s hard to make the call.
