[Music] Let’s make a vibrant asparagus salad that feels fancy, but it’s actually really easy to make. We’re going to cut up a bunch of fresh asparagus. Gosh, I love this vegetable when it’s in season. And we’re going to pan fry it with a little bit of garlic until it’s just sort of warmed through and has a little bit of brown edge to it. It’s also got a little bit of lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt to flavor it. Once that’s done, set it aside until we make the rest of the salad. The dressing is really simple, but delicious. It’s sweet, tangy, and it goes so well with that earthy grassy asparagus. The remaining elements of this dish are cherry tomatoes. You can use any color you want. Some red onions, which can also be sort of green onion if you don’t like that raw red onion flavor. Some dill, highly recommend, and feta.
