  2. Looks good and I’m sure cooked but skeptical about the texture and tenderness.

  3. These look good but there’s zero chance the doneness and tenderness was where it should be. I regularly make vortex wings that cook at 500-600 degs indirect and they aren’t done that quickly.

    25 minute cook on charcoal mostly indirect? They look amazing but are they rubbery
