I use a different Basque Cheesecake recipe but I absolutely love the results! All the decadence of NY cheesecake, but somehow so much lighter. Also helps that we add in some espresso powder and cocoa to make it a mocha cheesecake! I’m addicted to it quite honestly lol. Love seeing someone else make one!
