Dry-brined/rubbed, and aired out in the fridge for 24 hrs, then grilled over indirect heat in two batches. Drizzled and tossed in a mixture of melted butter, dry rub, and honey to finish. For a Friday night get-together, this is batch 2 of 2, 80 wings total.

What rub did you use? I might try this with legs lol.
Those look so good
What does dry brined mean? And what does it do for the wings?
Grilled wings are my favorite way to cook and eat wings. Etsy did a thai style marinade. My go to for quick chicken wings is a marinade of lime and tomato bullion.
