I accidentally bought the larger wings instead of the party wings I usually buy, but they turned out great!

I always put my wings in a gallon ziploc bag with cornstarch, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder, shake em up real good to coat them.

Then I put them in the air fryer at 400° F for 35-40 minutes flipping them about halfway. I like them super crispy so they don't sog out with the sauce.

I mix franks, Worcestershire sauce, and butter and add just a tablespoon or so of honey at the end.

These always turn out just the way I like them. Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I don't use ranch. And yes I can eat like 4 of these plates if I had enough for 4 plates haha!

  1. whatfingwhat

The hue is probably just PFOAs from the Worcestershire

  2. Next time preheat the sauce, remove from heat, then whisk in the (cold) butter. You will bet better emulsion and a clingier, smoother sauce.
