East Morgan County Hospital’s next Good 4 You! Cooking Class with Chef Barry Strand will be on Friday, Aug. 22. This quarter’s topic will be Grilling Out for Labor Day.
The cooking class is open to anyone who would like to attend; there is no age limit. The class will begin at 11:30 am.
During the Good 4 You! Cooking Classes, Strand teaches how to properly prepare healthy recipes. Participants learn easy steps to cook healthy food for their families, and get to enjoy what they make for lunch. An $8 fee covers the cost of the meal.
