  2. โ€Ž This Eggplant is very similar to what my grandma used to make, and my mom loved it so much. It reminded me of those great days. She used to make it with hot oil, garlic and vinegar, but yours looks even better and more delicious with the tahini sauce, pinenuts, and hot oil with paprika and cumin. This Grilled Eggplant With Tahini is definitely ๐Ÿ˜‹ delish with its versatility of being grilled like โคmeat ๐Ÿฅฉ yet still eggplant ๐Ÿ† is superb gastronomic delight and bringing together of the Tahini sauce and smoky spiced oil and pinenut with sesame seeds gustatory bliss. I think this is fabulous and quite "elegant gourmet dish" making dining spectacular. Joel's great job, superb in all.
