    Missed a step. Place in bowl, toss, repeat till evenly coated.

    I make a nice Southern Buffalo wing. It’s still mainly hot sauce like Frank’s or whatnot but it gets a shot of molasses or bbq sauce and a serious helping of brown sugar and a smattering of other stuff.
