Wow that’s a vibrant bowl of peppers you’ve got there. Does dehydrating kick up some fumes then ? I’ve never got round to dehydration yet, I’m just about to look at dehydrators to buy

Bringing back fond memories of that time I cleared out a football watch party when I decided to cook up a potful of superhots at half time. First there were tears, then coughing, followed by a stampede for fresh air out the front door. Cowboys lost anyways, so I did em a favor. At least the tears weren’t because of the terrible on field play.
