Hello! I’m wanting to enter a gingerbread contest this year & I was wondering if anyone had some advice for going from sugar cookies to gingerbread? Maybe a favorite blog or gingerbread baker/artist you like ? I’m pretty proficient in sugar cookies & royal icing but that doesn’t really play into the 3D construction aspect of gingerbread 🙂 TIA!
