Tried to do a simple jerk chicken for lunch but forgot I had to take my daughter to dance class. Started on the egg but ran out of time and had to finish in a toaster oven with a timer.
I spent more time setting up the cook than actually cooking it out there.
Oh well. Was still pretty good especially because this was supposed to be a low effort lunch

Pork butt and a 4lb brisket which is being insanely stubborn and slow to cook. So that might be for tomorrow…

Skirt steaks marinated in spicy Chimichurri, first burn on a Large egg I restored for my BIL (gift for him from my sister)
