For the last while (seasonally) some of our boxes have been insulated with paper pouches that seem to have some kind of shredded paper fill. I can’t find anything on the HelloFresh website about what the fill is so I’m not sure how to recycle it – which I know will vary by jurisdiction, so that isn’t my question, just, what is it?
I have a pile of the pouches because I haven’t been sure what to do with them.
Photo shows a cross-section of the bags when cut.
(If anyone is in HRM, NS, and also knows how it is supposed to be recycled here, that would also save me the next step in my research. 🙂)

I put it in compost.
I put it in the recycling without a second thought. It’s all just paper bits.
I put it in the paper recycling bin. (Durham Region, Ontario). Never had them reject it.
