Grilled cheese with gochujang and an egg – 7.5/10

Inspired by u/BiggyShake 's gochujang "abomination" here is mine with cheddar on white bread.

The gochujang adds a nice dimension of sweet and spicy, but I think it makes it a bit too sweet to be a breakfast sandwich. Maybe I'll try it with chipotle tomorrow.
