Homemade Quesadillas with hand made tortillas ( Chicharrón Prensado and Pollo En Salsa Verde)

These are the type of quesadillas I grew up eating in Hidalgo, Mexico and today I made them for friends and family. I was beyond flattered when they asked if the chicharrón was sent from Mexico☺️

I know they look basic because they don’t have guac and sour cream and tons of topping but the fillings are good enough on their own.
