    Careful. Next thing you know, you’re gonna be dropping money on specialty equipment/ingredients, wheeling home shopping carts full of animal bones and parts, and spending your whole weekend cooking a single dish that will be gone in less that 20 minutes. It happened to me, and it can happen to you!

    I’m mostly kidding, but for real, I find it to be a really rewarding process. Plus, if you make enough, all the components store or freeze really well and you can be dining on amazing bowls for a while. I’ve never actually eaten at a ramen shop before thanks to where I live, but I’ve made some incredible bowls already and I just got into making ramen from scratch this year.
