Never made any form of tart before. The biscoff base/edges were not particularly even, but tasted a dream. My only previous bake before this was brownies so I’m very happy with how it turned out.

    I think the tart looks delicious and I would follow as another person stated to use candied lemon. I was told for a garnish if you can’t eat it then don’t plate it

    Tap it on the counter a few times before baking so the air bubbles rise to the top, pop them with a blow torch. Now you have a smooth surface.

    They’re just white chocolate stars that I found in a little tub in the supermarket. I wouldn’t know a thing about making chocolate 😁
