Hi guys, let us make some Jamaican curry chicken food my style. So what I’m going to do, I’m going to add some curry to the oil that is a better pack curry. I’m going to add a little to the oil so it can burn. And the reason for me burning the curry sometimes you know things affect you know your people’s stomach like you mean like you know nothing is wrong with the food or the cooking like is not everybody you know like curry or can manage to eat curry and you know stuff like that. So the burning of the curry helps to prevent you from having a stomach ache or anything like that. As you can see I am adding some turmeric to it. The turmeric it helps keep both the you know both of them combined you know you get that strong um color that no matter how hard or how much water you drop on it meanwhile I cook it the color may not change right so that’s the reason why one of the reason because turmeric is a good spice would have a lot of um benefits so as you can see the curry stand up the curry and the turmeric stand up in the pot and the chicken foot them. So I’m just, you know, stiring it. Yes, guys. Just to make the seasoning and the h and the curry and everything just, you know, incorporate right there. And then I’m going to add some boiling water to it. Mhm. I’m going to put it in the container that I just take the chicken food out of and just add a little, you know, ready for putting, you know, the bag of water in it. So, I’m just going to add a little, you know, stir it, stir it, and then cover it maybe for less than 5 minutes. Here we go now. And I’m going to Oh gosh, guys. Look. Look. here. And um that is ginger and garlic. May I double up make everything double up because look here want to eat my food comfortable. So me have to put in me spice in a garlic and ginger is a must in a curry. When you cook coconut milk, garlic and ginger is a must. Yes, guys. So that is some boiling water and you know I heard people say oh chicken foot take 45 minutes. Trust me the chicken foot take 45 minutes. So here is a p my um ba basil. What’s it name again? Basel, basil, me plant it in the side of my house and me just a pick off couple little leaves, you know, put in a me curry. Yes, guys, it it look like you want water. Trust me. So, this is all the vegetables. I have onion. I have basil. I have thyme. I have pepper. I have bell pepper. I have carrot. And I also have potato. The potato is to know thickening the sauce. So, now I’m going to have Oh my gosh, guys. Look at that. It’s You can see how you know the sauce is rich. And here is the best part, guys. So it can keep, you know, the eat the cooking process going on. Cover it up back. And guys, since you never see the seasoning part of the meat, these are all the seasoning that I use. Nothing different. These are all the seasoning that I use. But I am going to use smaller amount. the slappy mama. I bought two of them. Um, one is it said original and one it said um at spicy. So that is the spoon I’m going to use. That’s the measurement I’m going to put um all of them in one container. Yes, guys, that’s all the dry seasoning I use, but I’m going to add some more to the cooking. So, you know, everything just simmer down. And the walkers jerk and the walkers marinade. This is the spoon I’m going to use with the liquid sauce. The walkers would jerk and the marinade. So guys can say all me seasoning when use season meat that’s what I use cuz you know it come down to the nitty gritty now so you put in some more seasoning and you go taste it if you know you have enough salt which me put no salt in it I just use all this dry seasoning that is the hot jerk sauce.
