I love crumbl so much I’m glad they don’t exist where I live

  2. Be careful, this could easily turn into an ED. It’s okay to enjoy treats and have what you crave in moderation. Remember to enjoy life without feeling like you need to suffer for every crave you have.

If it makes you feel any better, most people don’t and can’t eat crumbl for a living! And it’s more normal to eat like half a big cookie (or one mini) and be okay. As long as you don’t over do it this is a fine occasional treat. Also, don’t try to work off calories. Try to gain a healthier relationship with food instead. It’s the only sustainable option. Be nicer yet more stern to yourself and you’ll see progress.

Yah I can’t eat crumbl it’s just too much even in one cookie. I can eat a cookie just fine but like crumbl is just so much.

Yeah, I ate there when I was fat. Stopped once I started losing weight. Nowhere near worth the calories.

y’all know these cookies are literally the mini ones, that are a lot lower in caloric count than the standard sizes, and are generally smaller than a lofthouse cookie? these cookies *combined* is less in calories than some of their standard size treats. so i don’t know if some of you guys have very poor reading comprehension, let alone empathy for others, or if you’re just straight assholes.

they clearly already feel bad. why the fuck are you encouraging someone to feel worse over what they view as a mistake? OP shit happens and oh well! tomorrows a new day and you had a treat today. doesn’t mean jackshit in the long-run. hope they were nice and you treat yourself kindly 🫶

i done reviews on this for a year straight and would eat a whole large 6 pack at once there once was a time that i ate a whole 12 pack in a day lol

I’ll never taste a Crumbl cookie ,not even a little bite. I’m too scared. What if like it too much. Same with a line of coke, just don’t even try it lol

I’m going to get my free birthday Crumbl cookie tomorrow. I’ll divide it up so everyone in my family gets to try it because it’s the big one. If you want to buy the 6 pack minis that’s okay. They freeze really well. Next time freeze 5 and eat them individually as your deficit allows.

Bro if you care that much about calories why the f are you getting crumbl… some people are allowed more calories in a day or just don’t care so ofc ppl eat it, why would you get it if u knew u were gonna come online and complain about it

Man, those cookies are gross to me. I don’t get the hype. EVERYTIME I’ve tried them they aren’t done in the middle and/or are way too sweet.

The majority of these influencers that “eat” things like this just spit it out. Next time you see a video of someone eating crumbl (or any type of high calorie food), pay attention and you’ll see that they never actually show themselves swallowing any of it.

    It’s gluttonous, wasteful, and disgusting.

It also encourages people to buy these products, and enforces that these eating habits are normal.

I remember the first time I got a free cookie from crumble, it was a chips ahoy one , the big one, and I brought it home and cut it into 8 pieces because of the calorie content of it and to share with my family

I believe this is what is called ‘exercise bulimia’. I’m not even trying to make a smartass snarky comment. You really need help.

I get that it’s a lot of calories but you do not need to feel this guilty and commit that much to the gym just to “undo” the “damage” for a one time mistake. This isn’t a healthy mindset when it comes to food. Forgive yourself and move on

  17. Average_Lrkr

You guys don’t split them into 4ths and eat a pice now and then?

Thought everyone was aware of how abhorrent the calorie counts were haha

  18. Witchcult_999

Ehh get a kettlebell or some dumbbells and when you hit a surplus just make sure it’s in a day with higher protein. Calories will be used to build and repair muscles and will up your metabolic rate. Then you don’t need as big of a surplus

Girl.. calm down. Yes Crumbl Cookies are very high in cal but if you eat them once in awhile you won’t become obese overnight.. just don’t make it a habit, it’s okay to enjoy a sweet treat. You don’t need to be on the elliptical for 2 hours everyday either

  20. Potential-Recover-76

Am I the only one who thinks Crumbl cookies are gross? Too sweet and undercooked.

  21. Honest_Ad_3150

i love how the first thing everyone that i came across who ate crumbl says “i’m never eating crumbl ever again” 😭

  22. Hot-Ad5575

$25 for 6 small cookies is criminal too 😭

  23. Polkawillneverdie17

You ate a box of cookies and you’re surprised it wasn’t healthy?
