So just trying to get on track. Usually for breakfast I have greek yogurt, granola and fruit. But , decided since it was lunch time I'd try this.

Basic, hummus from a healthfood store so no preservatives. Whole wheat pita, grapes, blueberries and kale salad. Salad is kale, peppers, red onion, feta with olive oil, lemon juice fresh and oregano.

Feel alot better just two days after eating like this. Any other ideas for breakfast or suggestionson this plate ? Thanks for reading !

    Yup, typical meal for me in between cooking more elaborate meals. Simple, delicious, and healthy!
