Wow, that’s impressive – a larger variety of fish than I’d ever seen smoked before. Didn’t think you could smoke some of those varieties – particularly whole flatfishes.

Jesus! Where is that? I need a grocery store like that. I’ve never found anything close to that in the American South. Had pickled fish in PNW that almost made me cry it was so good. Had a friend in AK that traded his home smoked salmon for my hot sauce. But a grocery store with that kind of selection? A boy can dream…
