I fucking love having a tilt skillet. It’s a monster soup machine.

Damn that sounds good. How did it turn out?

I fucking love these for stocks. No more breaking backs taking a giant fuckin pot off the stove or a burner 🫡

The tilt skillet is probably my favorite thing I use. Love seeing it used for different things. Keep these posts coming!

Crank it out. Sides and soups for days.

We used to do creamed spinach in a larger than normal tilt pot. It would fill three tall cambros.

The olds ate it up, and it was actually good. Lots of filets and chicken breast topped salads at that place.

I learned my green bean recipe from there, as well as the candied walnuts I do now. Don’t you dare say it was slop. It almost kinda wasn’t.

The rice and mac looked fire. Let me guess huli huli chicken? Or pulled pork? I like to throw a spring roll on the side and the hawaiian lunch plates are something I could seriously eat every day.

First time I saw one I felt like a kid seeing their first backhoe.

There’s a scene in The West Wing where Allison Janney (who is 6’0) is walking with Kristin Chenoweth (who is 4’11”) and the former says something like “it’s hard to believe we’re the same species”.

That’s how I feel when I see these posts and look at myself thinking stuff like “yeah a pint of pesto should be plenty for the weekend”.

Hello, OP, I’ll take a gallon of fried rice. Possibly with fried egg on top.
