Beckon was an extremely enjoyable meal that connected with time and place perfectly. The kitchen counter provided a lively and engaging setting where dishes were finished and plated in front of diners, the chefs were a pleasure to be with and the atmosphere felt exciting.
Courses were well-executed and oscillated between robust and subtle flavors. Some dishes were purposefully simple on the palete (mackerel) where others were deceivingly complex (shrimp sauce with black cod).
I opted for a cocktail pairing which was well executed and extremely interesting, blending ingredients like green tea with Japanese gin.
All in all, Denver should feel fortunate to have restaurants like Beckon pushing their culinary envelope. With an abundance of ingredients, Colorado is prime for restaurants like Beckon to write a new chapter in the history of their city.
Looks better than when we went a couple years back. Good to see they are improving!

This was my first Michelin. I really enjoyed it. The staff was amazing. I made a comment how I was gonna steal the rest of the ice cream they finished the meal out with and then stepped away to use the restroom.
They threw in a freebie extra course of it for me. Excellent service.

Interesting! Looked at the new Denver guide and it looks like the city scored 4 michelin stars, all of which look great.

I loved my dinner here. But I loved the garden pairing even more. Easily the best/most creative NA pairing I’ve had.

Took my dad to beckon for his 60th birthday last year and it was the best meal I have ever had. It was absolutely incredible through and through.
