
Semi-classic Italian with lettuce tomato and sub dressing. It’s actually totally solid but there’s something about eating a bought sandwich that makes it so much better. I think the process of making it ruins some of the anticipation. Anyway, I can rarely buy a $15 sandwich so I’m my own sandwich artist.

I prefer to make my own sandwiches.
Great sandwich shops have fresh bread made to their style by local bakeries, delivered every morning. That is the main difference.
