Doing a trip up to Yosemite/Bass Lake for the 4th.

We normally do some outdoor cooking and try to plus it up with some fun things we don't eat all the time or good versions of things we do. We'll be cooking one meal on-board with the pontoon BBQ and I wanted to try and bring some other fun treats but running low on ideas since we've done it a bunch of times between bass lake and other cabin/camping spots over the years…

We've done caviar and blinis, champagnes, lobsters, kusshi oysters, wagyu steaks, etc. Anyone have some other fun ideas for things we could try and bring to spice it up? Special things you go to Epicurus or other stores like that to try? I already grilled some alligator from Wild Fork, too…
