Did this as a gift for my friend. Banana and walnut cake with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. I was quite worried it looked a bit dense when i cut it but when you bite into it it was fine 😊 my friend was very happy! Also gluten free (I have coeliac disease so all my bakes are GF!)

  1. Gently, is that baked? Several layers do not look done

The cake looks great, but is the baby named Payn? I hope you don’t pronounce it like “pain”

Hey OP. The cake itself is beautiful but looks very undercooked. I worked at a gluten free bakery… can you tell me your process please?
    Looks a weee bit wet.

Edit: don’t come for me, it’s a beautiful cake. We learn from one another. 🙂

Baby Payne would be a great wrestler name

  5. Pretty! Did you make the name? I’ve been wanting to figure out a way to make toppers like that with my cricut but wasn’t sure if it was possible.

Impeccable decorating! Q: why is there a scoop of of it instead of a slice?

As someone who also has to eat gluten free, this is adorable and I’d be so happy with it! 🤩
