Italian parsley is a very dense source of vitamin K1. Good single-origin olive oil if you can get it and garlic are very good for you too. A fine meal 😎

Either you or the landlord cheaped out on some legs for the stove, could have avoided that burn on the countertop.

Net time OP drop the chilli in thenoil with the garlic and use low heat on the oil to let it infuse with garlic and chilli

Il looks so so juicy! I like to add chilly in the soffritto and toasted breadcrumbs at the end, but I would smash that pasta in minute! Just don’t use plastic utensils to cook/leave in a hot pan… Wooden spoons are the best for metal pans
