I like my steaks marinated a little before I cook them so I had it sit in some salt and coconut aminos before tossing it onto my cast iron for three minutes on each side. I was aiming for medium rare.

    I haven’t heard of cooking with coconut aminos. What does that do to the meat?

    Perfect cook dude. Zero grey band, fat is rendered, it’s not bleeding all over the plate and sear looks amazing. 10/10
