Ingredients:
• Filo dough (ready-made)
• Butter (or coconut oil) – 100–120 g
• Apples – 1 kg (peeled and diced)
• Raisins – 100 g
• Nuts (walnuts or almonds) – 100 g (chopped)
• Sugar – 100 g
• Cinnamon – to taste
• Powdered sugar – for dusting
1. Mix apples, sugar, raisins, nuts, and cinnamon.
2. Sauté the mixture for 8–10 minutes until apples are soft. Let cool.
3. Brush a sheet of filo with melted butter.
4. Add filling and roll it up tightly.
5. Brush the top with butter.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
