I am turning 46 this Friday, August 1st. And um this is uh a gift from one of I train two of his daughters. It’s one of our instructors, Juan Juanito. Sir, you’re an outstanding person, an outstanding Chicago police officer. Thank you for your service. God bless you. May the Lord always protect you. Um you and yours and uh just thank you so much. It’s such a beautiful board. And I’m going to put in a clip um of the detail. The color is my favorite. I love like this color. And you saw my other one, too. I have a bare knuckle beauty one that was made uh by another student. So, thank you so much. But yeah, this Friday is my birthday 46th and uh I am truly truly blessed because I have a wonderful family. I have a wonderful husband. By the way, this is my family. So, these shirts you could custom make them, right? And it says uh I think it says thank you like thanking your father or something. What does it say? Dear dad. I can’t read it backwards. But anyways um you create the characters like you design the characters. So this is my brother Leonard. This is my dad Hormus. This is my sister Marina. That’s me in the pony ponytail. And this is Bernard. What does this say though? Uh, dear dear dad, great job. We’re awesome. Oh, that’s cute. So, let’s get this started. Uh, I am doing a vegan food taste test on Rebel Cheese. So, I need to put some good cheese on this shakuri reward. Oh, look. I already have something from Rebel Cheese. This is one of my favorites. It’s um I’m going to find it and I’m I’ll put it up here. It was Is it Is it too glary in here? I think guys, it’s there’s like a little bit of cast. I know. And it’s like the sun is going down. So, it’s really weird um lighting. But we have Rebel Cheese. This is a balsamic fig from um richly complex, sweet and nutty. Let’s go in. I like sweet and I like nutty. These are not the typical things that I go for like the flavor. Um to be honest with you, neither was this. This was I think it was, if I remember correctly, pistachio and honey, I believe. So, again, I’ll put the picture up, but hold on. Let’s get this open. [Music] Smells smells fantastic. Smells fantastic. Looks like a hockey puck. How cute is that? Look at that. Look at the thickness. It’s soft. Let’s give this a little bit of a cut. Let me cut a few. I’m going to leave it out for my husband, too. So, I just put on the board whatever I had in the refrigerator in the uh pantry, the cupboards. I got like my um well, this was carrots wasn’t in my pant, my cupboard, but I got carrots, almonds, some crackers, and some I know this is weird, rice cakes, but whatever. All right. Smells great. Ready, set. Cheers. You taste the fig. You definitely taste the balsamic. Very sweet. Very unique guys. Very savory. Very well, not very sweet, but sweet. I want to put on a salty cracker and see if it balances out. It’s good on its own, and I am a very picky eater. It’s good on its own. Again, these are things that I would never go for. Balsamic fig. I wouldn’t. Cheers. Let me do a comparison to this other one that was my favorite. Am I going to say that this is still my favorite? Different taste. Completely different. It’s great. This I’m going to go in again, guys. You know what that means? It’s a Yes. It definitely is a yes. I am in shock at how this flavoring. I’m so pleasantly surprised, guys, because this is something I would have never I would have Well, then again, I would have never gone for this one either. But this is why I I say so you guys know I don’t like cilantro. I don’t like ginger. Um, I do the taste tests anyways. I do them for you. I I always go in with an open mind. There’s a lot of you guys that know I don’t like things with coconut in there, right? Said it before. I like coconut in my body butters, but that’s it. And I’ve I’ve tasted that for you also. And listen, sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it’s a miss. Would I buy this again? Absolutely, guys. the the creaminess of it. The way it just glides and it it really really melts on your tongue. I I do have a point though. These two together so good. Let me try it with something a little bit more flat like a rice cake. This is anything for me to go in again. Whatever. It’s my birthday week. Cheers. I get better with the cracker. The cracker and heightens the the flavor, believe it or not. Yeah, it’s good. It’s good both with both, but the cracker is my favorite. Listen, yes, I would buy this again. So glad I was uh able to do a vegan food taste test on it, guys. You know, there are so many other flavors. Stay tuned. I have one more I want to do with you guys and uh let’s see how that goes. But we’re just going to add it to the shakuri. We’re just going to add it to the shordi. And I already I think there’s a slice that’s already Mhm. What do you think? It’s good. It’s unique. I know. On a scale of 1 to 10, what would you give it? Seven. Seven. Okay. Try that one. You’re going to tell me what you think. This one an 8.5. 8.5. Doesn’t it taste like an Italian dish? Yeah. Right. So, this is a seven and then this is an 8.5. Okay. Try it with the crackers. Not like that. Try it with the crackers. Trust me when I tell you. Yeah. Try that one. So the cuz the cracker is salty and that’s sweet. The two combinations together. Does it raise it a little bit or no? As this it does raise it. Yeah. What does it raise it to? 7.5. 7.5. Okay. That one. What does daddy think about that one? Say 8.5. 8.5. Yeah. Okay.

    I have been wanting to try some of these cheeses for a while but I always say what if I don’t like them and since they aren’t exactly economical I always pass on them😂 but since you recommended them I might just have to finally try them.
