I actually couldn’t finish all the chicken; pic was taken after a few bites; much lower calorie if you minus the avocado and drink lol and can remove yoghurt and do just cottage cheese etc. not the most favourful dish but still good and also I just didn’t season well enough. I also logged a random steamed veggies I found as I couldn’t be bothered weighing each type of veggie, so not 100% accurate but about the same
