
1 dL oats
1/2 dL red split lentils
Frozen spinach (I used 3 cubes)
2 1/2 dL water (adjust to preferred texture)
1/4 mushroom buillion cube
Cook the lentils in water first around ~10 mins with the stock and then add oats and spinach and cook until done.
Topped with soy sauce, a little sesame oil, sesame seeds and spring onion.
